On July 4, 2020, the Federal government extended the availability of loans under the PPP Loan Program for five weeks - from June 30, 2020 to August 8, 2020.
PPP loans are designed to be 100% forgivable if the proceeds are spent in accordance with the program rules (linked below); and as of June 30, the loan fund had an estimated $130 BILLION in remaining to be distributed to eligible sole proprietors and small business owners.
